Setting up email takes three steps: create the address, check it works, then add it to your devices.
1. Create your email address
In your Enhance panel, select your website, then Emails > Add account. See how do I add a new email address.
Remember to set a mailbox size. It starts at 0 MB, and a mailbox left at 0 can’t receive any email. Something like 1 GB or more is a good starting point – see how to check or change your mailbox size.
2. Check it works in webmail
Log in to webmail with your full email address and password, and send yourself a test email. See where do I log into webmail.
Your domain needs to be pointing at your PAC hosting to receive email from the outside world – see how to point your domain at your new hosting.
3. Add it to your phone and computer
Your email settings are:
- Username – your full email address
- Incoming and outgoing server – mail.yourdomain.com
- IMAP port 993, SMTP port 465, both with SSL/TLS
