A catch-all address receives emails sent to any address at your domain that doesn’t exist. For example, if someone emails [email protected] or mistypes your name, and there’s no such address, the email is delivered to your catch-all mailbox instead of being returned to the sender.
Turn on catch-all for an existing address
- Select Websites in the left side bar, then select the website your email address belongs to.
- Select Emails in the menu along the top. You’ll see a list of your email accounts.
- Open the menu (⋮) next to the email address and select Manage.
- Select Catch-all in the menu on the left (or scroll down).
- Turn on the switch next to Route any messages to a non-existent address at the same domain to this address.
Set it when creating a new address
When you add a new email address, tick Make this email address a catch-all below the email address.
Turning it off
Go back to Catch-all for the address and turn the switch off. Emails to addresses that don’t exist will then be returned to the sender as undeliverable.
