How to add or update a payment card

Keep your card up to date. The card saved on your account is used to pay renewals automatically, so update it when your card expires or you get a new one – otherwise a renewal payment could fail.

First, log in to your client area – see how do I log in to my PAC client area.

Open Payment Methods

Select Billing > Payment Methods in the menu along the top. You can also find it in the menu under your name at the top right.

You’ll see your saved cards, and which one is your Default.

Add a new card

  1. Select Add New Credit Card.
  2. Enter a Description if you like, for example Business card. This is optional.
  3. Enter the Card Number, Expiry Date and CVV/CVC2 (the 3 digits on the back of the card).
  4. Choose the Billing Address for the card, or select Add a New Address.
  5. Select Save Changes.

Choose which card is used for renewals

Select Set as Default next to the card you want to use. Your default card is the one used for automatic payments.

Update or remove a card

  • Edit – update a card’s details, such as a new expiry date.
  • Delete – remove a card you no longer use. Add your new card first, so there’s always one in place for renewals.

We’ll never call you, email you or message you asking for your card details. Only ever enter them in your client area, or give them to us when you’ve called us – see how to pay an invoice by phone. If you get a message asking for your card details, see how to spot a phishing email pretending to be from PAC.

Prefer to pay another way? You can also choose your preferred payment method in your account details, or choose how to pay each time you pay an invoice.
