How to order a new service or add-on

You can order new hosting, domain names and add-ons at any time from your client area.

First, log in to your client area – see how do I log in to my PAC client area.

Order a new service or add-on

Select Services > Order New Services. You can also use Order New Services in the Shortcuts box on your client area home page.
Choose a category, then the product you want.
Follow the steps to configure it, for example choosing a billing cycle or the website it’s for.
Check your basket and complete the checkout.

We’ll email you once your new service is ready.

New domain – select Domains > Register a New Domain. See how to register a new domain name.
Move a domain to us – select Domains > Transfer Domains to Us. See how to transfer a domain to PAC Web Hosting.

To move an existing hosting plan to a bigger or smaller one, don’t place a new order – upgrade or downgrade it instead. See how to upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan.
