Moving to PAC doesn’t mean doing it all yourself. We’ll plan and handle your migration for you, free of charge, with minimal disruption to your website and email.

We regularly move customers from:
- other hosts using cPanel
- WordPress websites on any host
- other control panels, such as Plesk and DirectAdmin, and custom hosting setups

How long it takes
Most migrations are completed within 1–2 working days. Some can be done the same day – we’ll agree the timing with you at the start, based on the size of your sites and when suits you best.
How it works, in brief
- You ask for a migration – see how to request your free migration.
- We copy everything across to your new PAC hosting, while your current site carries on running as normal.
- We check it all works on our servers before anything changes for your visitors.
- We switch your domain over at a time agreed with you – or guide you through doing it yourself.
- We do a final check once your domain is pointing at PAC.
Your current website and email keep working throughout, so your visitors and customers shouldn’t notice the move.
