As a PAC customer, you have two places to log in. They do different jobs, and knowing which is which saves a lot of time.

Logging in
- Client area – see how do I login to my PAC client area.
- Enhance panel – go to cp.pacwebhosting.uk and log in with the details from your hosting welcome email. See how to login to Enhance Panel.
Tip: you don’t need to remember two passwords. Once you’re logged in to your client area, you can go straight into your Enhance panel: open Services > My Services, select your hosting plan, and select Log in to panel.
Giving other people access
Each has its own way of adding people, so they don’t need your password:
- Give someone access to your client area, for example your accounts team.
- Give someone access to your Enhance panel, for example your web designer.
