What is Enhance?
Enhance is a modern hosting control panel, and it replaces cPanel on our platform. You use it to manage your websites, email, files, databases and backups.

Do I need to do anything?
Not yet. We’ll contact you before your account moves, and we’ll handle the move for you. We’ll let you know if there’s anything you need to do, such as updating your email apps.
Can I move sooner?
Yes. If you’d like to move before we reach you, contact our migrations team and we’ll arrange it.
Will my website be faster?
In our testing, websites, webmail and the control panel itself are noticeably quicker on Enhance. That’s because the work is spread across separate servers for websites, databases and email, rather than everything running on one server. How much faster your own website feels depends on how it’s built.
Is it more secure?
Each website runs in its own isolated container, which keeps it separate from other websites on the server. This works alongside the other protections on our platform – see how secure is PAC.
Does it work well with WordPress?
Yes. Enhance includes tools to log in to WordPress with one click, manage updates, plugins and themes, and clone your website to a staging copy for testing. See how to manage WordPress updates and plugins in Enhance.
Are backups included?
Yes. Your website and email are backed up automatically, and you can restore them yourself from your control panel – see how to restore a backup of your website or email.
Will my email work the same way?
Yes. Your email addresses carry on working, and you get webmail, spam filtering with your own allow and block lists, and out of office replies – see our email guides. You may need to check the settings in your email apps after your move, and we’ll tell you if so.
Will I need to learn something new?
A little, but most customers find Enhance easier than cPanel. Our Enhance Panel Quickstart will help you find your way around.
Does this change how you support me?
No. You’ll have the same UK support team, available the same ways – see contacting support.
