How to view your website visitors and traffic statistics

There are two ways to see how your website is being used: a quick overview in your Enhance panel, and more detailed traffic reports.

First, log in to your Enhance panel – see how to login to Enhance Panel.

Quick overview in Enhance

  1. Select Websites in the left side bar, then select the website you want to manage.
  2. Select Analytics in the menu along the top.
  • Bandwidth shows how much data your website has sent and received.
  • Visitors shows Total hits (every request to your website) and Unique hits (individual visitors).
  • Use Today, Last week or Last month at the top right to change the time period.

Your website’s home page in Enhance also shows a Visitors chart, with a See all analytics link.

Detailed traffic reports

For a much more detailed picture, every website has its own traffic reports page, including:

  • where your visitors come from (countries and the websites that referred them)
  • which pages are most popular
  • visitors’ browsers and operating systems
  • real-time visitor activity

To open it, go to your own website’s address followed by /traffic-reports – for example https://yourdomain.com/traffic-reports. You’ll be asked for a password.

Finding your traffic reports password

  1. Open the File Manager (Files in the menu along the top).
  2. In your website’s home folder, open the cpf_logs folder.
  3. Open the file yourpassword.txt. The password inside is the one you need.

You can change the password to anything you like by editing yourpassword.txt and saving it. Choose a strong password, as your traffic reports include information about your visitors.

The cpf_logs folder also contains your website’s raw access logs, if you or your developer ever need them.

Please don’t delete the cpf_logs folder or the files inside it, as your traffic reports rely on them.
