How to give someone access to your Enhance panel

You can give other people – a colleague, web designer or developer – their own login to your Enhance panel. This is much safer than sharing your own password, and you can remove their access at any time.

Choose the right level of access

  • Super Admin – full access to your whole account: all websites, email and users. They can’t remove the account owner.
  • Collaborator – full access to one specific website only. Ideal for a web designer or developer working on a single site. This option only appears once your account has a website.

Give people only the access they need. For a developer working on one website, Collaborator is usually the right choice.

First, log in to your Enhance panel – see how to login to Enhance Panel.

Invite someone

  1. Select Users in the left side bar.
  2. Select Invite users.
  3. Enter their full name and email address.
  4. Choose how to invite them: by Email, or by Link that you send them yourself.
  5. Choose their permission level, and the website if you chose Collaborator.
  6. Select Invite.

Until they accept, they show as pending with an orange clock icon.

Remove someone’s access

  1. Select Users in the left side bar.
  2. Open the menu (…) next to the person, select Delete, then confirm.

When someone no longer needs access – for example a developer has finished their work – remove them straight away.

This gives access to your Enhance panel (hosting and email). Access to your Client Area (billing and domains) is separate – see how do I give client area access to others.
